Our Single Origin Brazil is exactly the same Brazil Rio Verde we build our trusty Espresso Blend around, on its own with nothing added.
It comes to us through the Rio Verde growers’ association in Minas Gerais, a group of family farms across the region, and it’s traceable right back to the farm: every sack carries a QR code we can scan to see exactly who grew it.
It’s a natural-process, speciality-grade lot that cups at 82–83 points.
We roast the beans to a medium degree that keeps all the sweetness in.
Expect a smooth, easy-going cup: chocolate and citrus with a subtle nutty finish.
Clean and sweet as espresso allowing the smooth caramel chocolate notes to really come into their own. It is equally as lovely in a French press or pour-over, where the fruity notes shine through.
Just like our Espresso Blend this coffee again is a true people pleaser boasting the South American coffee profiles the mass consumer market really enjoys.

Each batch is hand roasted roasted separately to its own profile and logged on our drum roaster in Filey, every bag tastes the same as the last one.
