Description

The S1 Vivaldi II is La Spaziale's compact single-group dual-boiler machine, with a separate 0.45-litre coffee boiler and a 2.5-litre steam/hot-water boiler so you can brew and steam at the same time. It is built for very low-volume commercial use or the serious home set-up, and the plumbed-in Vivaldi II can be had with a water-mains connection while the Mini Vivaldi II runs from a 3-litre internal tank with a smaller 1.2-litre steam boiler. Both share the same 415 mm square footprint and 28 kg weight.
