Ceado REV Espresso Grinder

Description

The REV is Ceado's current flagship on-demand espresso grinder, sold in three burr grades on the same body: REV Zero (Red Speed coated burrs, longest life), REV Titan (titanium-nitride coated burrs) and REV Steel (plain steel burrs). All three share the Steady Lock burr-stability system, Grounds Temperature Management, a touch display with stepless digital grind reference, and a removable weight module. It suits busy cafés and roasteries that want repeatable dosing and low retention; the Zero is aimed at speciality shops, the Titan at high-volume milk-drink venues and the Steel at cafés wanting the platform at a lower price.

• Interchangeable Weight Adjustment Module (WAM) can be fitted in under two minutes, even after installation; PFA (Portafilter Activation) is the non-weighing alternative

WAM is Ceado’s Weight Adjustment Module: a load cell under the portafilter fork that grinds to a set weight. PFA grinds a timed dose when the portafilter is pushed in. A Red Speed burr upgrade for the REV Steel (roughly five times the burr life) is available for £235 + VAT.
